At Digital Dukan, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Only eligible for return in case of:

    • Wrong item received

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Incomplete order

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Used toys or kitchen accessories

  • Watches with broken straps or removed protective seals

  • Custom or personalized items

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • We will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit (as per your preference).

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for the same item in case of size or defect issues (subject to availability).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
