2. Product Information

  • We do our best to provide accurate product details and images. However, minor variations in color or design may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer updates.

  • All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.

4. Payment

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most areas.

  • Orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery. Refusing delivery without valid reason may result in the customer being blacklisted from future orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days.

  • Digital Dukan is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural events.
